Study Launch: Thailand’s Cybersecurity Act
The National Cybersecurity Act has been adopted as law by the Royal Thai Government. This Act poses several challenges which could negatively affect local communities and the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector.
Manushya Foundation in collaboration with the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Bangkok, Thai Netizen Network, Access Now, Association for Progressive Communications (APC), and the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) will launch a Study on ‘Thailand’s Cybersecurity Bill: Solutions to stop the state-controlled approach & promote a human-centred Bill’.
